## ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience with Branch Water\!
I recently went to Lowe’s to inquire about a water filtration system for my home, and they connected me with Branch Water\. From the initial consultation through the final installation, I had an excellent experience with their entire team\.
Stephanie from Branch Water came to my home to complete an on\-site inspection and water taste evaluation\. After reviewing my needs, she recommended installing a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen\. She thoroughly explained her recommendation and later emailed me an estimate along with the contact information for the Branch Water office\.
On Monday morning, Carla reached out to review the estimate, financing, and payment options with me\. She was extremely helpful throughout the process\. She also recommended that I have my leaking kitchen faucet replaced before the installation\. Once that was completed, she was able to schedule a technician for the very next day\.
Shawn arrived this afternoon and first inspected the kitchen sink and discussed where I preferred to have the new water dispenser installed\. He then proceeded with the installation of all the necessary reverse osmosis equipment, both above and below the sink\. After completing the work, Shawn took the time to walk me through the entire system and explain the equipment and paperwork\. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough\.
This installation also lays the foundation—pending HOA approval—for potentially adding a whole\-home water system in the future\.
I am thankful to Lowe’s for connecting me with Branch Water and very pleased with the entire experience\. From Stephanie’s initial evaluation and recommendation, to Carla coordinating everything, to Shawn completing the installation, the process was professional and seamless from beginning to end\.
