This is a customer oriented company. Mike the owner is awesome to deal with and Easily accessible! We have had Shawn come out multiple times to service our unit and he is always polite, explains things to where you can... understand them and never rushed! His main concern is that you feel comfortable about the work that is being done and the service they are providing. Whenever I call, I speak with Carla and she does an awesome job of letting you know that you are their number one customer! I highly recommend this company!read more

My husband and I live in North Lakeland and bought a 4500sq ft home last year and we could NOT figure out why our water was smelling SO bad. My boss owns hundreds of rental properties and even he said our water was the worst... he’s ever smelled. We tried several different companies who came out and did a few things but inevitably the smell always came back. The water was destroying my hair, making me break out and so per my boss’s recommendation I called Branchwater. Luis came out and tested the water (which came back normal) but instead of just leaving it at that he came inside and looked at a few things. He then sat down and explained the systems. Never having dealt with a well before I point blank asked, “if this was your house what would you do.” He didn’t try to upsell me but spent the time explaining why he would use what he recommended. I reached out and Carla got me on the schedule THAT SAME WEEK! They sent emails keeping us up to date on exactly when our tech would arrive. Our tech arrived on time at 10am and stayed until 6pm (in the rain and heat) and had a great attitude the entire time. It was definitely worse than anticipated but he still kept a great attitude and got the job done. They followed up the next day to help us navigate the last step of flushing out our water heaters. A day later our water was PERFECT! It’s now been a week and I’m SO HAPPY I CALLED THEM! Long story short- USE THIS COMPANY!! You will not regret it!read more
