My husband and I live in North Lakeland and bought a 4500sq ft home last... year and we could NOT figure out why our water was smelling SO bad. My boss owns hundreds of rental properties and even he said our water was the worst he’s ever smelled. I reached out and Carla got me on the schedule THAT SAME WEEK! They sent emails keeping us up to date on exactly when our tech would arrive. Our tech arrived on time at 10am and stayed until 6pm (in the rain and heat) and had a great attitude the entire time. It was definitely worse than anticipated but he still kept a great attitude and got the job done. They followed up the next day to help us navigate the last step of flushing out our water heaters.
