Just want to give a big shout out to Manny. Manny is the MAN-E . I just missed him... he serviced my water softener and said everything was running smoothly via my boyfriend. But I still had some concerns and questions and I had wanted to be here but had appointment so when I got home boyfriend informed me that everything was running great. I still have questions and concerns so I called him he answered and told me everything was going smoothly I said I have a couple more questions and this and that so he said I have another run but I will come back I want you to be satisfied. So he came back met him out by the water softener he showed me everything he did even dug up the salt pedals to show me there was water in there show me how to flush out the system showed me four or five different things so that I knew how to handle the water softener and keep it running smoothly answered all my questions and concerns with a happy-go-lucky positive attitude. I'm telling you that's customer service hard to find these days to double back basically just to give me peace of mind this man definitely knows what he's doing. You want somebody that is super friendly thoughtful and goes above and beyond to go out of his way to make his customers happy thank you Manny if I could give you a hundred Stars I would because you're one in a million keep up the good work.

Today Manny came to do our annual maintenance. He serviced the equipment and cleaned out the bugs and mud wasp nests so it looks brand new and the water's crystal clear. Many was knowledgeable and clearly experienced in water treatment. We purchased a new water conditioner from Branch Water. I called and had Luis at the house a few days later. After we met with Luis,and he tested our water we reviewed the options available to us, to either replace part of our old unit or make the investment to get a whole new conditioner with a great warranty. We decided to go with a new unit because it makes more sense to us. I called the office, and now just 2 short days later we have a new system. Joshua Soper did the install in a few hours. We decided to proceed with the water softener product after a fantastic demonstration from Luis. The appointment was scheduled immediately within 48 hours and it was completed the Friday before Christmas. The installation was absolutely outstanding. Manny installed our new AO Smith Precision Series (AOPRC-1354U) water softener and took excellent care to ensure no damage to the house and installed the equipment precisely and efficiently. Manny also went above and beyond our expectations when he explored alternatives to power the water softener equipment without penetrating the exterior wall which was brilliant. We are very happy with the overall product and quality and appreciate the extreme care and professionalism by the installation technician, Manny, for a job well done. Thank you again!

I have had the Branch Water system for almost two years and it's the best investment I have made in my home. When I first moved in the water smelled so foul. Since the water system was installed the water has no smell, is clean and drinkable and soft on the skin. Our system stopped working while I was out of town and Manny was able to get it back up and running within minutes. He just did our annual maintenance to ensure the system continues to work and provides us with clean, fresh water. He is great, professional and knowledgeable, and always greets us with a nice smile. Customer service is quick to respond.

From start to finish a great experience. Carla, Luis, and Manny were friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy anything. Luis came to my home, tested the water, and provided the options to solve my iron and hard water problem. No sales gimmicks or pressure to buy. Manny came out a few days later and installed my system. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the install. Businesses in general have forgotten the importance of good customer service but not Branch Water. I highly recommend them and no I did not receive any compensation for this review. Good service deserves a good review.

Amazing customer service all from the initial scheduling to the installation.The person who scheduled my testing appointment was very nice and followed up with a reminder the day before. The guy who came to test the waters and select the right equipment for me was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right equipment without any pressure. Mani was the guy who did the installation, was amazing, very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did a great job and made sure to clean after himself and tested everything before he left to ensure everything is good to go.Very very satisfied with the service and the entire process as a whole. And the price was pretty reasonable compared to three other companies that I looked at in the Davenport Area.

I had a difficult time trying to get a company to come out and service my Hague water softener. Finally, a company actually responded and when Joshua Soper showed up, he was very professional and walked me through possible issues and the computer. I will be getting my unit serviced by Branch Water now. The last company was bought out and no longer services my area. He was not pushy and did not try to sell me a new unit. I was expecting that since my unit is about 18 years old. I will be calling Branch when this unit does go out. The customer service on the phone was professional too. I highly recommend them.

Carla called me to schedule a softener system check-up. I was getting ready to go into the hospital for surgery and could not schedule at the time. She treated me with great compassion and understanding and wished me luck. I asked her to call me back in a few weeks after surgery to reschedule. From the sales process to the installation to our new, great tasting water we have been very pleased with Branch Water.
