What causes the buildup in my shower?
Calcium and magnesium in the water supply combined with soap form a gray, sticky curd that adheres to bathtubs, tile, and glass. Additionally when water droplets evaporate the calcium carbonate recombines as limestone leaving a very hard, difficult-to-remove deposit. The softening of the water coming into your house will solve this problem.

Why does my clean laundry look grey?
When calcium and magnesium in the water are mixed with soap a gray sticky curd is formed that adheres to clothing. This is the source of the gray color. There are numerous chemicals that can be used to control this problem, but they shorten the life of the fabric. By softening your water, not only will you eliminate this problem, you can substantially reduce the use of laundry detergent and increase the life of your clothes.

The installer, Josh, just finished installing a water softener and whole... house filter. He was extremely efficient and maintained an organized work environment. He explained all aspects of the project including all maintenance requirements. In summary, if Josh's excellent work is a reflection of Branch Water's company ethos, I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone requiring water treatment systems. Thanks, Branch Water!read more

From the sales process to the installation to our new, great tasting water... we have been very pleased with Branch Water. The chemical taste and we will no longer have to deal with the calcium buildup in our appliances and on our showers. We chose the Wi-Fi connected option and I love being able to look at our water usage and other details on the app on my phone. We would definitely recommend Branch Water of Central Florida if you are considering a water softener!read more

Josh came out to do an annual check and add salt. This is same company... that installed my water softener but ownership has changed. Josh is the son of the original owner. He is absolutely awesome! He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. My fence gate was sticking and he thoughtfully took a moment to adjust it for me. Not only do they sell excellent products but the customer service is beyond compare.read more
