Branch Water was kind enough to bail us out after our original installer would no longer service the system they installed. Carla in the main office couldn't have been any easier to work with. The technician, Shawn, really understands the technology and the equipment and explained everything well. We ended up replacing the entire system, inside and out, after discussing options. No hard sell or pressure. Quality install. Looks good and works well. We asked them to come back and tweak something after using the system for a while. Very responsive. I look forward to working with them on routine maintenance, etc.

Water softener installation was performed by Mitch and he was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgable, and efficient! Took his time really explaining the system and its features. He kept the work area clean and treated our home as if it was his own. Just all around amazing guy! Happy with our system - highly recommend!
